Yesterday , 17 March 2016 00:22 GMT+8 , approx. 09.22 am in the Redmond,WA, US, – Microsoft has released the Windows 10 Mobile Update to all selected older WP 8.1 devices.
The Phones and Devices that can upgrade to Windows 10 is :

How to Upgrade?
The Upgrade process is quite easy at first. You just need to Download an app called the Windows 10 Upgrade Advisor :
Then you just follow the On Screen Instructions and you;re good to go!

Yup, it is really easy as the steps I mentioned above, you can just update directly without having to wait but unfortunately the First Version of the Upgrade Advisor app ( the one I used above // most probably since yesterday i am able to download it from this link, but now only says Info Page) is not available anymore.
The Upgrade Advisor link i gave you earlier is the current one. The app just check whether your phone can be upgraded or not, then if can you will received it soon ( same method as downloading Windows 10 upgrade for PC ). You’ll be notified once the Upgrade is ready for your device.
